Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using FraxZCloud. They govern your access to our cloud infrastructure and outline your rights and responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account and deploying infrastructure on FraxZCloud, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. FraxZCloud operates as a registered entity in India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Minimum Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use FraxZCloud services. If you are under 18, you must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to make payments or purchase premium infrastructure.
3. Service Provisioning & Payments
All services are billed strictly in advance. We accept payments via Razorpay and PayPal. Failure to renew active services on or before the due date will result in immediate suspension, and eventual data termination after 3 days. We reserve the right to alter pricing with a 30-day notice.
4. Account Security & Liability
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FraxZCloud billing and panel credentials. FraxZCloud is not liable for any data loss, service hijacking, or damages resulting from compromised passwords or unauthorized account access.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
