Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain a stable, secure, and fast network for all developers, we enforce strict rules against malicious and abusive activities on FraxZCloud infrastructure.
1. Zero Tolerance for Malicious Activity
FraxZCloud strictly prohibits any activity that threatens the stability of our network or targets third parties. This includes, but is not limited to: initiating DDoS attacks, hosting phishing websites, distributing malware or ransomware, and operating botnets. Any account found engaging in these activities will be terminated immediately without a refund.
2. Resource Abuse & Crypto Mining
Our infrastructure is designed for application hosting (like Discord bots and Lavalink nodes). Using our servers for cryptocurrency mining, intensive network scanning, or intentionally causing sustained 100% CPU loads to degrade host performance is strictly forbidden and will result in automated suspension.
3. Illegal Content
You may not host, distribute, or link to any content that violates Indian law or international regulations. This includes copyright-infringing materials (piracy), explicit illegal content, or terrorism-related propaganda.
4. Network Scanning & Spoofing
Port scanning, IP spoofing, and unauthorized penetration testing are prohibited. If you are conducting legitimate security research, you must obtain written permission from FraxZCloud support before initiating any scans against our ASNs.
5. Enforcement & Investigation
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. During an investigation, we may suspend the targeted account to prevent further harm. If a violation is confirmed, we will terminate the service and, if necessary, cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
