1. Data Collection & Telemetry
FraxZCloud collects essential telemetry and account data required to provision, secure, and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure. This includes verifiable billing information, encrypted authentication tokens, and infrastructure access logs. We automatically ingest network routing data, IP addresses, and hardware utilization metrics strictly for proactive threat mitigation and SLA enforcement.
2. Data Utilization
All ingested data is strictly isolated and utilized exclusively for infrastructure delivery. This includes automated resource scaling, instantaneous deployment routing, security anomaly detection, and priority support processing. FraxZCloud maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against the commoditization of client data; we do not sell, rent, or lease any telemetry or personal data to external entities.
3. Enterprise Security & Encryption
Security is engineered at the hardware layer. Our network employs AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We enforce strict role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication (MFA) mandates for internal engineering staff, and continuous automated vulnerability scanning across all hypervisors and storage arrays.
4. Session Persistence & Analytics
Our control panels utilize cryptographically secure session cookies necessary for authenticated access and CSRF protection. Non-identifiable performance metrics are collected internally to optimize CDN edge routing and API response times. Clients may configure local browser policies to reject analytics, though mission-critical control panel functions require session persistence.
5. Third-Party Subprocessors
To facilitate global infrastructure delivery, FraxZCloud integrates with tier-1 certified subprocessors (e.g., Razorpay and PayPal for PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, and Linkvertise for reward-based credits). All subprocessors are legally bound by rigorous Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) ensuring they adhere to the same stringent privacy standards as FraxZCloud.
